Celebrating 9 Years

As a photographer, it is so hard for me to sometimes put down the camera and simply enjoy the moments. This profession excites me and I have this drive to document everything, but I am also aware that it is important for me to be fully present.

A couple of weeks ago, we took off to Austin and enjoyed a little R&R and for the hubs and I to celebrate 9 years together. I used my phone for more pictures than I normally would but I am really okay with that. Because the phone allowed me to get quick snapshots and then return to the moment. I got to watch my kiddos splash in the pools. I got to enjoy sunsets from the balcony.

But I would like to say thank you to the lovely Lakeway staff for indulging me in getting pictures of the pretty drinks!!
