A Riverwalk Perspective | San Antonio TX

So last week, the hubs had to go to San Antonio for some teaching. I decided to tag along, do a little sight seeing, and take a much needed break. I thoroughly enjoyed myself just meandering up and down the Riverwalk. P.S. I tend to think of myself as directionally challenged, so I didn't try to go too far on my own.

Also, I brought my latest lens purchase with me. A Lensbaby Sol 45. I LOVE this lens. This and my 35 mm, and I was golden for the trip.

A few things I did:

- went to La Villita shops, be sure to check out Capistrano Soap company for some indulging spa items and B&C Leather designs (I bought a pretty leather bracelet there)

- explored the Briscoe Western Art Museum

- stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel on the Riverwalk, within easy walking distance to a lot of different shops and restaurants

- read A LOT, finishing 1 of 3 books I brought with me
